Welcome to The Best of Taste Catering Services. In 2001 Belinda Sparey put her long experience of providing a top class catering service to the best possible use.

Best of Taste was established to offer the full range of outside catering services in the Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire areas from Belinda’s farmhouse base near Cheltenham. Bespoke menus, high quality, locally sourced ingredients, and the ability to cater for everything from a formal silver service dinner party to a spectacular 5 star marquee wedding are the hallmarks of this efficient and personal service.

Ingredients

We firmly believe in supporting local suppliers, and since the area around Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire grow some of Britain's finest produce, this is easy to live up to! Our fish and bread is sourced locally, and most of our meat and vegetables are grown in the area.

Tableware

White table linen, napkins, bone china and fine quality cutlery (all in included in the price) add up to beautiful table settings to grace every occasion. Everything is stored at our Gloucestershire base so it's always on hand.

Facilities

We work from an impeccably maintained kitchen. Surfaces are wipe-clean stainless steel, access protected by fly screens and our vehicles are temperature controlled to keep our produce to the highest standard and of course, to comply with current food hygiene regulations. We're sticklers for getting it right. Our paperwork is up-to-date and always availale for inspection by Environmental Health Officers.

SERVICES

Whatever the occasion we can provide a full range of menus, hot and cold buffets, and full waitress service if you wish. Our service is efficient, courteous, always there when you need us, and unobtrusive when you don't.

Weddings

We specialise in weddings from the traditional to the individual, from simple buffets to complete banquets, a totally personal service for your special day.

Private

We are thoroughly accustomed to catering for weddings, birthday parties, Christenings, anniversaries and funerals.

Corporate

Lunches and dinners either for your staff or your customers, or both!

Events

Equally at home with hog roasts and barbeques as with waitress service dinner parties, we enjoy strong ties to the equestrian community in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Herefordshire. We are involved in the West Midlands Point-to-Point area where we sponsor the Novice Riders Awards. That means we attend thirteen race meetings every year, and inevitably cater for many a jockey at weddings and parties.

Venues

As well as providing the catering, we can also help out with the venue: Classic Marquees Hellens West Country Marquees We often provide catering services at Whitbourne Hall, a beautiful country house between Bromyard and Worcester. Village halls and church halls.
